While new to our faculty and staff, Mr. Elward is no stranger to the PND community! At the end of next school year (2024), Mr. Elward and his wife, Kelley, will have had all eight of their children graduate from PND! Mr. Elward, who grew up in Morton, Illinois, works full-time for Raptor Mining Company and offered to teach economics at PND to help prepare students for life after high school. He has found the relation between faith and economics to be especially interesting to teach. Being able to show how economic principles align with the faith continues to provide clarity to his perspective of the world and his role in serving others.
