Growing up in Pekin, IL, Ms. Williams has always enjoyed helping others, which was one of the biggest draws for her to education. She says that she also had teachers in high school who she looked up to who suggested that she consider teaching, which solidified her initial plans. She knew that she would be around “kids” and enjoys being there for them, supporting them in all aspects of their lives, including academics, extra curriculars, jobs, and more. Learning from the older teachers’ and from many of the students’ love for and dedication to God, Ms. Williams’ faith has grown during her time at PND, and she has been on five mission trips! She loves the community it provides and support from everyone. She also loves being able to show and live out her faith in the workplace. When not in school, Ms. Williams enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching sports, listening to music, and going to concerts.
