We are very proud to recognize and celebrate the value multilingual students bring to Peoria Notre Dame and to highlight the academic benefits of being bilingual. Today, we celebrated Jesus Prieto and Christen Fuentes who obtained the State Seal of Biliteracy. The Seal of biliteracy is an award given by the state of Illinois in recognition of students who have studied and attained a high proficiency in two or more languages by high school graduation. Congratulations, Jesus and Christen!
