The AP Seminar Convening took place in Chicago last Monday with The College Board. At the event, AP Seminar teacher Katie Hausauer spoke to school administrators throughout the state about how PND has successfully incorporated the class into the English curriculum. Since our introduction of AP Seminar in 2019-20, 98% of PND students have scored a 3 or higher. Our curriculum serves as a model to other schools on how to successfully weave the skills of AP Seminar with the content of American Literature. Due to the achievements of our students, our AP Capstone instructors are working on future projects with the College Board to showcase the successful implementation model we use.
