Congratulations to Annellie Tshibanda for being named the 2026 Randy Simmons Tuition Assistance Scholarship recipient! Annellie is an 8th grader at Holy Family Catholic School and was selected to receive the scholarship among many deserving candidates. The announcement was made at the end of Mass at Holy Family on Sunday morning to kick off Catholic Schools Week. The presentation was made by PND Advancement Director Cindy Dermody, the late Randy Simmons’ brother Doug Simmons, and Holy Family Principal Stacie Gianessi.
“What makes Annellie so deserving of this scholarship is not just her achievements, but her character,” said Annellie’s teacher, Stacey Hawley. “She is steady in her faith, generous in her service, and wholehearted in her pursuit of learning and growth. She carries herself with humility, empathy, and integrity – traits that would make any community proud to call her one of their own.”
