In preparation for a new school year, our faculty, staff, and students have been participating in a variety of retreats!
First, our staff kicked off the year with a retreat at the Brothers of St. John in Princeville. The theme of the retreat was the virtue of hope. Fr. Daniel gave excellent talks on the topic, and the staff participated in Mass, Adoration, and Confession. We also were hard at work making rosaries for the Beatification of Fulton Sheen!
Next, our student-athletes and their coaches had a great retreat to kickoff the fall season! Fr. Chase Hilgenbrinck celebrated Mass and then served as guest speaker on the topic of perseverance. Then, teams moved into breakout sessions to set goals for their upcoming seasons.
We love the way retreats support our mission of forming disciples in a community of Catholic faith, knowledge, and service!
