!!) Fulton Sheen on Thursday! PND’s contingent included three charter buses of students and staff who met up in St. Louis with alumni, other current families, seminarians, priests, and others from the Peoria Diocese. Our Advancement Office hosted a wonderful breakfast, which was attended by about 100 PND community members including current families, alumni, and donors from all over the country. It was so wonderful to gather together to share in this special day celebrating one of our very own!

It was so wonderful to gather together to share in this special day celebrating one of our very own!PND members had many special opportunities throughout the day and in preparation for the beatification. Senior Allison Ramirez read the petition in Spanish at the Beatification Mass; our Head of Theology Sr. Jude Andrew Link, OP served as the programming director for Blessed Sheen’s beatification; Students Freddie Couri and Dominique Helgeson, as well as Principal Kelly, were interviewed for 25News; Students Molly Callahan, Chloe Racsa, and Shannon Zopel were interviewed for the radio about their role as “Sheenanigans” who helped sort the tens of thousands World Mission rosaries and then were joined by Erin Magner and Grace Allenbaugh for an EWTN interview!!
What a wonderful grace-filled day. Blessed Fulton Sheen, pray for us!
