In Mrs. Bingaman’s Physical Science class, students picked topics from “The Way Things Work” book for presentations. Topics included the combine, diesel engine, and paper-making. One student connected religion, art, and science, presenting the movable type printing press as a crucial invention. Johannes Gutenberg, the “Father of Printing,” invented both the press and oil-based ink. Olivia demonstrated the rotary press from the art department, showcasing the printing process.
