On Saturday, seventeen of our PND music students competed at IHSA Solo & Ensemble Contest. The students prepared vocal and instrumental solos and small ensembles and performed in front of various judges and peers from around central Illinois. All of the students received Superior (I) or Excellent (II) ratings, with Henry Olsen’s solo and Risa Ice and Ava Aaron’s duet both receiving perfect scores! Way to go!Read More
Our faculty and staff enjoyed our PD sessions today. The main topic was Artificial Intelligence (AI) and explicit instruction in how to teach students to appropriately use AI.
