The course is a continuation of the study of the Latin language and culture on a beginning-intermediate level. Instruction focuses on the study of the Latin subjunctive, irregular verbs, and Latin vocabulary and English derivatives. Students will read adaptations of post-classical Latin texts by both ecclesiastical and secular authors.

Prerequisites

Completion of 455 Latin I. This course satisfies a World Language requirement for graduation.
