PND was recently gifted a beautiful Divine Mercy painting courtesy of Sheryl and Richard Cordts, alumni from Spalding Institute and Bergan High School respectively. The Cordts are members of St. Vincent de Paul Parish in Peoria. Richard Cordts is the artist behind the creation; this is his third painting that he has donated, with the other two being located at SVdP Grade School and at OSF Divine Mercy Hospital in Peoria.
The oil-on-canvas painting is 90 inches tall by 30 inches wide! We are so grateful to the Cordts for their generous donation and for this beautiful reminder of Jesus’s unconditional love, grace, and forgiveness for everyone who visits PND to see.
