Congratulations to junior Douglas Flores who has been awarded PND’s March “Faith in Action” award! Douglas is a member of St. Mary’s Cathedral.
This monthly award recognizes a student who demonstrates Christian conduct, consistently practices acts of kindness, is a positive influence to those around them, and promotes the mission of PND in community, faith, & service.
Douglas was nominated by Mrs. Girsch, who said, “He has a quiet kindness that is unique to him. He never complains about anything. It was wonderful to have him as a freshman and now as a junior to see how he’s grown as a person.” Douglas represents the virtues of courtesy and kindness in all that he does. Way to go, Douglas!
