Mrs. Kelly & Mr. Brusick are leading students through trails around Peoria in their Winterim “Hiking & Haikus” course! So far, the students have hiked on the Deer Run Trail and Wake Robin Trail at Forest Park, the Pimitoui Trail that starts at Grandview Drive, and Donovan Park. After their hike today, the students returned to write prayers in the auditorium for our Tuesday intercom announcements. Each week, a student-written prayer is read to start our school day! What a great way to celebrate God’s creation in multiple ways!
