In preparation for Holy Week and Easter, we have had many additional excellent spiritual opportunities for our students in the last week! Last week, the whole student body had the opportunity to attend Confession with their religion classes. We would like to thank the ten visiting priests and our chaplain Fr. Daniel Dionesotes for making this possible across two days of school!
On Wednesday 3/25, the Solemnity of the Annunciation of the Lord, Fr. Daniel chanted Mass as a special way to thank Mary for saying yes to God and to add an extra layer of solemnity to such an important feast day.
Also, on Monday 3/30, the young men at PND got to hear about the opportunity to participate in Emmaus Days this June from seminarians of the Peoria Diocese including Dominic Taylor (PND Class of 2023) and Danny Miller (PND Class of 2024).
