URGENT Request! Please attend this very important town hall meeting on Oct. 12 at 6:30 pm in St. Mark’s gym, and let our state legislators know you want to keep the Invest in Kids Tax Credit Scholarship Program! This program allows students in Illinois to receive a private education through donations, and donors are provided a state tax credit on their contributions. Sen. Dave Koehler will be in attendance, and we have heard Rep. Jehan Gordon-Booth has placed the event in her calendar.
It is crucial that we pack the gym to let our legislators know we don’t want to lose the tax credit scholarship program! We need as many parents as possible to attend. Please add your voice to the support for this vital program. Bring your children too! Please help us SAVE OUR SCHOLARSHIPS!
