Biography

Mr. Bradshaw grew up in Jacksonville, Illinois before finding his way to the Peoria area. He was inspired to become a teacher from his junior high basketball coach, who played a major role in what kind of person he is today. Mr. Bradshaw knew that he wanted to go into a profession where he hopefully could have the same impact on people’s lives. He knew he could help students achieve their goals by helping them on the right path to success in school and in their individual lives. Being at PND, he has found that the ability to speak openly with students about the faith has been refreshing coming from 18 years in public schools. The prayer each morning and before each class reminds him that that there is a higher purpose in life and God is always with him throughout the day. Outside of school, Mr. Bradshaw enjoys spending time with his family, reading, watching every St. Louis Cardinal game, and working out. A fun fact about Mr. Bradshaw: he attended 4 different Catholic schools and 4 different public schools.
