“There is nothing worse than a sharp image of a fuzzy concept.” – Ansel Adams
Mrs. Ross comes to PND with a ton of experience in the art world! From teaching foundation arts classes in 2D, 3D, and art installation to working at the Field Museum in Chicago in art conservation, Mrs. Ross brings a unique professional lens to the classroom. She has also worked in non-profit youth arts programming and spent ten years working for a digital marketing firm. Outside of school, Mrs. Ross enjoys gardening, hiking, traveling with family, and singing and playing ukulele with her daughter. In fact, she owns her own flower farm — despite being allergic to bees and wasps. Mrs. Ross was inspired by her daughter to come back to the teaching field and knew from her previous experience that she wanted to work with older students! She has been impressed at PND by the diversity in the way people express their Catholic-Christian faith.
