A native of Morton, IL, Mrs. Wiggers has taught at PND since 2018, but has been an educator since 2006. She went into education because she wanted to help students develop their critical thinking and writing skills to prepare for college and beyond, and one of her favorite parts of teaching is seeing how much students grow over the course of a trimester. Mrs. Wiggers says that her prayer life has been strengthened by PND’s efforts to pray as a school community and integrate prayer throughout the day. Outside of school, Mrs. Wiggers loves traveling and spending time with her husband and four children. She also enjoys cooking, though she very rarely makes a recipe more than once.
