Mr. Winschel is a huge asset to our consultative board! He decided to take up this role for PND after being involved in strategic planning and related commissions for other organizations and seeing the good that can be done when a group comes together and focuses on key things to improve an organization. He has six children (Andrew, Class of 2017; Luke, Class of 2019; Zach; Abigayle, Class of 2024; Laura, Class of 2026; and Sam, Class of 2030). Mr. Winschel works at Caterpillar and has 25 years of experience in engineering with a focus on electrical and electronic systems and technology. Fun fact about Mr. Winschel: he got his first exposure to volunteering in Catholic grade school, and it has been a part of his life ever since, including a mission trip to Guatemala, the fire service in college, and various coaching and committee positions as his kids have attended school.
