Students in the Winterim psychology sessions have been active and engaged

Students in the Winterim psychology sessions have been active and engaged.
Mr. Best’s Psychology of High Performers class students explored habits of high performers through movement and activity while playing football, hanging from rails, and taking regular walks to support focus, mindset, and performance.
In Dean Rudolph’s Psychology of Personality class students are understanding themselves through a variety of personality assessments rooted in Catholic human anthropology. They explored the Four Temperaments, Myers-Briggs, the Big Five model, Character Strengths, and a Career Aptitude Test, then reflected on how God may be calling them to live out their vocations now and in the future.
And Mrs. Baker’s Psychology Seminar class teachers and Fr. Daniel, joined as fake guest participants, presenting real-life symptoms and scenarios while students worked together to analyze what was happening and offer informed responses.
