Parenting NowADays will host its next meeting tomorrow night, Tuesday, October 3rd in the PND library from 6:30-8:00 PM. The topic will be “Tools and Techniques to Help Manage Anxiety.” Join us as we discuss ways that not only you can help your children manage their anxiety but techniques that can help us as parents manage our own.
