Ms. Scott’s AP Government finished a unit studying federalism in the US government by examining several court cases that tested the distribution of power and responsibilities between the federal and state governments. Sometimes federalism can be described as layer-cake federalism or marble-cake federalism, so students presented their federalism court cases by creating their own cakes!
