Our students did an awesome job this past weekend!!
Boys Soccer defeated Washington, in a hard-fought battle, that went to overtime, then Penalty Kicks, 1-0! They will play Lemont, in the Super-sectional TOMORROW at 6:00 pm in Kankakee.
Football defeated the State Champs, Rochester, in overtime, 59-58! In fact, PND is the first team to beat Rochester on their home field in 20 years! They will advance to the second round on FRIDAY, at 7:00 pm playing Mount Zion, in Mt. Zion.
Girls & Boys Cross Country ran the lights out at the Elmwood sectional, with both teams placing 3rd, advancing to STATE. Also, Max Kirby took home 1st place in the boys race and Meghan Zopel took 5th in the girls race.Incredible job, everyone!! Let’s go IRISH!
