Yesterday morning, the PND Baking Club held their second annual Muffin Madness to complement the current March Madness tournament. Members brought in their best muffin for a standoff of whose muffin was the best. Grace Yontz’s zucchini muffins and Cassie Lawless’ blueberry muffins went head to head. However, the blueberry muffins were victorious and thus was awarded with the honorary title of the “Best Muffin at Peoria Notre Dame.”Read More
